Acquisitions

Financing
We support clients through the financial structuring of development projects. This includes reviewing loan agreements, coordinating with appraisers, and managing requisition processes. We also oversee project budgets, property insurance claims, builder’s risk policies, and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Pre-Construction
We provide strategic oversight during the critical pre-construction phase. Our services include sourcing architects and contractors, developing schedules and budgets, overseeing value engineering, and managing environmental and permit approvals. We also support the negotiation of vendor proposals and legal contracts.
Design Management
We uphold the highest design standards by managing consultant timelines, deliverables, and overall design strategy. We coordinate across project teams, ensure accountability, and drive production and permitting efforts to meet project goals.
Construction
We oversee construction activities with a focus on quality, cost control, and compliance. Our involvement includes monitoring subcontractor buyouts and closeouts, negotiating GMP and CM agreements, and managing FFE procurement, scheduling, and installation. We also navigate local building codes, DOB requirements, inspections, ordinances, and licensing processes.
